This policy explains what the Seenon app collects, why, and who processes it. We keep it short and specific on purpose.

What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, your precise location or your advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other apps or sites.

Google (Gemini on Vertex AI, and Google Lens through a search API provider): analyses your photo to describe the garment and find matching listings.
TypeSafe (Jev): reads the text of public shop pages to answer stock and price questions. It does not receive your photo.
Supabase (database and sign-in, United States), Fly.io (our search servers, United States and European Union), Modal (image comparison), Cloudflare (photo storage).
RevenueCat and Apple: subscriptions and payments. We never see your card.

You are asked to agree before your first photo is sent to these AI services. Without that agreement no photo leaves your phone.

Delete everything from inside the app: Settings, then “Delete my account and data”. This removes your searches, your photos and your account from our servers.
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion by email. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
We do not sell personal data.

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Results come from AI and automated reading of public shop pages. They can be wrong. Always check the shop page before you buy.
